Discover Wroclaw
Since its foundation this city has changed five names. It was ruled by four different countries and suffered from the Nazi oppression. From 1175 Wroclaw was known as Wrezlaw, Prezla, and Breslaw. Before 1954 its name was Breslau (that is the name in which Germans call the city).
