I fulfilled what was agreed

In person at the place, what was agreed was fulfilled, they took my suitcase and blah left it behind some chairs in a corner of the restaurant, they did not give me any receipt or anything like that, I imagine that they do not have a large volume of suitcases otherwise if a control should be kept more effective, when the time came I picked it up without any problem, but if it had happened I had nothing to show that I really left it there. That is why my experience is positive because the service was fulfilled, but in the review I must explain the nuances of the operation
Personado en el lugar se cumplió lo acordado, tomaron mi maleta ybla dejaron detrás de unas sillas en un rincón del restaurante,no me dieron ningun resguardo ni nada parecido,imagino que no tienen mucho volumen de maletas de lo contrario si se debería llevar un control mas efectivo,llegada la hora la recogí sin problema alguno,pero de haberlo habido yo no tenía nada que demostrara que realmente la dejé ahí. Por ello mi experiencia es positiva porque se cumplió el servicio,pero en la reseña debeo dejar explicado los matices de la operación

Radical is great, this "Angel" is not...
They don't scan your code, ask your name, or label any luggage. Everything is stored in the main dining area behind some extra chairs, and anyone can take whichever luggage they want.
I'll book with Radical again, but definitely not this location.

Convenient, efficient but not extremely secure
This service is extremely convenient and efficient. Paying through the mobile website and locating the angel is a speedy process, and the price is very affordable. However, the place and the staff didn't induce a great sense of security. The luggage was stored under the staircase in what seemed like an afterthought. While nothing was stolen, the storage method didn't seem very secure nor secluded. I'd be happy if in future cases the angels would be instructed to be more thoughtful about storage (for example, this particular place had a basement floor which would've been ideal).
