Good idea/service, but needs more info on location
My experience with the booking process was great, can't fault that at all and the service is a great idea. Super convenient for when you have an early checkout but a late flight. However more information needs to be provided about the storage location before booking. Ours was an internet cafe that was quite hard to find, and there was no storage room whatsoever, our luggage was just in the corner at the back of the room so it didn't feel secure. Every thing ended up being fine however it would have been good to know where and exactly how our luggage would be stored before making payment and committing to the service.

To be honest, it was a little sketchy. There was no signage and no form of paperwork or assurance that the bag will be safe. It was just left inside the internet cafe.
