Smooth process from beginning to end

This was our first time to use the service. At first I was reluctant to leave our luggage at a shop. However, the experience was great from beginning to end. The booking process was very easy. When we dropped the luggage off the QR code was scanned, pictures were taken and downloaded, the luggage was stored and we were off. Pick up was just as efficient and I never worried about the security of our luggage. If the circumstances arise, we will definitely use the service again.
