Confusing experience
When we arrived to the drop off location, the lady was not speaking english but understood what we wanted and refused us immediately, stating they are closed for such a service. We already paid for it and had nowhere else to leave the bags. On the steeet corner (different address) there was similar store name, so we went there to double check we went to the right store. The both stores apparently work together, the service at the second store called the first lady and were discussing a lot till we could go back to a lady and leave our bags there. All in all it was very unprofessional and we lost around 1 hour of our time.
