Super-efficient customer service! After making an initial reservation in Naples on a Sunday morning, the drop-off spot was closed. Customer service replied to my email within 5 minutes and found another site nearby to drop off my luggage. Thanks again for the responsiveness. I'll use this service again on my next trips.

Wenn man sich genau an die Wegbeschreibung hält, dürfte man hinfinden. Den Vertrauensvorschuss, dass man diese erst nach Bezahlung erhält, ist es wert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist sauber und ordentlich und man bekommt sein Gepäck wirklich wieder zurück – sogar in Neapel!
