First of all I have to say the idea is perfect. You can do everything through them. But the app is anything but good. The so-called angel was an absolute disaster. We cannot find the address with the navigation integrated in the app. The angel doesn't speak Croatian. The drop-off location is an Asian restaurant. The luggage just stands around in the kitchen, not locked, nothing at all. You don't get any reasonable confirmation that they have accepted the luggage. I should just write my name on a piece of paper. They didn't even have a pen. I had to give a star to rate, I would have liked to have eaten minus 10. In short, absolute disaster!
Zunächst muss ich sagen, die Idee ist perfekt. Man kann alles über die abwickeln. Die App ist aber alles andere als gut. Der sogenannte Engel war eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Adresse wir mit der in der App integrieren Navigation nicht zu finden. Der Engel spricht kein Kroatisch. Der Abgabeort ist ein asiatisches Restaurant. Das Gepäck steht einfach bei denen in der Küche rum, nicht verschlossen, gar nichts. Man bekommt keine vernünftige Bestätigung das die das Gepäck angenommen haben. Ich sollte nur meinen Namen auf einen Zettel schreiben. Einen Stift hatten die auch nicht. Ich musste einen Stern geben um zu bewerten, am liebsten hätte ich minus 10 gegessen. Kurz gesagt absolute Katastrophe!!
