Customer response was spot on and on time, the booking process was quite efficient and easy, location was easy to find and the staffs were friendly and helpful

Our angel admitted to not having too much experience storing bags, sounds like a low volume site in Plymouth UK. But this site was the only one open later into Sunday afternoon. Nevertheless, everything worked out fine and we had a break from our luggage while exploring the city. The angel was helpful. Radical storage is a great concept. Limitation in our case was early closing hours on Sunday and non-optimal location with respect to touristic center.
