가게에 이곳이 택배 가게라는 표시가 없어 조금 혼란스러웠고, 짐을 찾을 수 있는 티켓이나 비밀번호를 받지 못해 조금 의심스러웠지만, 나쁜 일은 일어나지 않았지만 내 물건이 신뢰가 가지 않는 곳에 있다는 사실에 조금 걱정이 되었습니다.
Fue un poco confuso, ya que el establecimiento no tiene letreros que indiquen que ahí es la paquetería, y me dio un poco de desconfianza ya que no me dieron ningún ticket o contraseña para recoger mi equipaje, no paso nada malo, pero si me quede un poco preocupado al saber que mis cosas estaban en un lugar que no me dio mucha confianza.

안녕하세요, 모든 것이 잘 풀렸지만 모든 것이 다... 위험했음을 인정해야 해요. 우리는 스토리지가 어디에 있는지 알기도 전에 예약해야했습니다. 보관소가 어디에 있는지 알려주는 표지판도 없고(실제로는 문제가 되지 않지만...) 보관함이나 방도 없고, 그냥 가게의 무료 코너에 있습니다. 태그도 없고, 영수증도 없고, 그냥 모든 것이 잘 될 거라고 믿으세요. 그리고 그렇게 되었습니다. 그렇게 일할 수 있다는 것이 기뻤지만 확실히 표준은 아니며 일이 잘못되면 무언가가 누락되었다고 주장하기 어려울 것입니다.
Hi, everything worked out fine, but I have to admit, everything was all ...risky. We had to book before we even knew where the storage was. There is no sign that states where the storage is (not really a problem, but...) and then there is no storage locker or room, it is just a free corner of the shop. No tags, no receipts, just trust that it will all work out. And it did. Am I am delighted that one can work like that, but that certainly isn't the norm, and it would be difficult to claim that something is missing if things did go south.

Easy and amazing experience
I was in Chicago for a day with my husband because of a long connection. We decided know the city but it would be difficult because of our big luggage. I googled some place to let our goods and found a Radical Storage close enough to the train station and the places we wanted to visit! I booked and paid by Radical Storage and in few minutes I could let the luggage in a security place! The “Angel” was very receptive and helped us to find the directions! My luggage was very well kept!
