Great Service

에어비앤비 숙소가 준비되기 훨씬 전에 에든버러에 도착해서 짐을 보관할 장소가 필요했어요. 에든버러에 익숙하지 않았고 저희 아파트에서 가장 가까운 곳을 알고 싶어서 에어비앤비에 연락했어요. 5분 거리에 있는 훌륭한 장소를 추천해줬어요. 반납과 픽업의 편리함과 직원들의 친절함에 매우 만족했습니다. 앞으로 여행할 때 이 회사를 다시 이용할 것입니다!

We were in Edinburgh well before our Airbnb was going to be ready and we needed a place to stow our luggage. We reached out to the company because we were unfamiliar with the city and wanted to know the place closest to our flat. They made a great suggestion 5 minutes away. We were very pleased with the ease of drop off and pickup as well as friendliness of staff. Will totally use this company again on future trips!

Welcoming & Friendly

My “Angel” was fantastic! He welcomed me into his shop, and after he confirmed my booking took my bag but had me come with so he could show me where and how he was storing it. Great customer service, but also made me feel very welcome!
