我的行李被顺利取走和归还，行李员非常和蔼可亲，只是在我把行李交给行李员后，他们没有要求我提供您在电子邮件中发送的二维码，而且他们也没有给我任何纸质/贴纸确认函，这样当我回来时就可以证明我的行李在那里，而且如果有类似的行李，行李员怎么会记得哪个行李属于谁。

My luggage was taken and given back without any problem and the personal was very kind, just once I gave the luggage to the personal they did not ask for the QR code which you sent in the email, plus they did not give any paper/sticker confirmation to me so when I am back to have proof of my luggage being there, and how the personal will remember to whom which bag belongs if there are similar bags.

Really Helpful service

工作人员真的很友好和乐于助人（!!!），但是我们不喜欢他们把行李留在酒吧后放在规定的安全地方这一事实。

The staff was really friendly and helpful(!!!) but we didn't like the fact that they left our luggage behind the bar instead in a secure place as stated.
