Very convenient service that allowed us to leave our luggage and enjoy an afternoon in Budapest while we waited for a night bus. The staff at the hotel were we dropped our luggage we’re friendly and helpful. However, the luggage storage room was very small and already full, so we had to leave our big bags in the bathroom. The hotel would benefit from a bigger storage area if they are offering this facility. We did feel confident our bags were safe and looked after.
