The location was convenient and the process to store our luggage is super easy.

Excellent , central venue with friendly fuss free service.

We were in Durham for the day with a heavy bag. We wanted to visit the cathedral and walk about but dragging the bag up hills was proving hard. I found Radical storage online and it was easy to book. By coincidence, it was the same place we'd booked for brunch! It was a fantastic central location and the experience was positive. Would highly recommend.

We dropped off our luggage at a lovely cafe in the centre of Durham, a great location for subsequent lunch/coffee and sightseeing or visiting he univeristy. The only inconveniece was that there was very little space for moving around with luggage and we had to wait with suitcases among tables of people having lunch, which was slightly awkward. Otherwise, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. It is a great value for money!
