This service was really great and convenient for us! We stored our bags for only a couple of hours in Oxford so that we could walk around town before our train left the city.

So many stairs!

The price seemed good, so I booked online. It was not easy to find as the location was in a hotel and was not marked at all. The office was up approximately 30 steps. There was no lift. There were two of us travelling and we had three cases. Fortunately, on check in, the agent carried our bags. this was not the case when we left! This is not a locker scenario. The bags were left sitting in an office, so I'm not sure if they were secure. The price is right, but it was more difficult and less secure than I had hoped for.

Lots of stairs
