Great! Although the shop owner that stored it seemed a little confused by what he had to do. It worked well though.

Really very practical to drop off your suitcases! and in addition the person who was responsible for the shop was adorable!

The only issue we had was finding the location. When we arrived the location was shut down. We inquired next door and learned that the store had moved just a few doors down due to a fire. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. I would store with them again.

My experience could not have been better. I made the reservation the night before online and was able to add a bag. I was a few minutes late for pick up and they were very nice and accommodating.

We were scheduled to stay at an Airbnb in Manhattan and since it was a tiny apartment in a building with no doorman, there was not going to be a place to drop off our luggage when we first arrived. Our host recommended Radical Storage to us. We’d never heard of it before but it’s an amazing and convenient service. There were at least 4 places to choose from within blocks of the apartment. The manager was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Radical!

Helpful resource to ease our journey to store our luggages, but the pinned location was not correct nor the store location. We had to drag our luggages back and forth for a few blocks in freezing weather. Ordered for 10 am storing time, but the shop was just opened at 10.18 am. We had to wait outside too after the difficulties to find the location.
