Overall this turned out to be very convenient. The only minor hiccup was when we rang at the property and the gentleman who answered was not aware of the storage service. However, after a wait of about five minutes or so, a different man came down and scanned our code, took our luggage and off we went. Picking up the luggage was a piece of cake.

Ottimo servizio

Nice people, were waiting for me when I arrived and someone even exchanged cash currencies with me when I needed some mark for the bus to the station. The location could be better, the station in Sarajevo is quite far out anyway, but this storage place was really on the opposite side of the center (bus and tram stop fairly close by though), besides that you have to walk uphill a little to get there, which is not ideal with suitcases (I had a backpack)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The host spoke good English. Thank you!

Bit of a walk from the train station but the advantage was I was then right in the heart of the city. All a bit confusing and difficult to find initially, owner was really lovely but didn’t speak English and I was left wondering if I was in the right place. However, all worked out very well and I was delighted to be able to tour the city without my bag!
