Such an easy and smart option to store luggage for a day while waiting for our flight. Checking our luggage in was easy and I felt our luggage was secure in the room they kept the luggage in.

Super convenient and easy. We had a great interaction and customer service by the staff at the hotel.

My experience booking in the app and working with the Angel was great. The only negative was that I booked my reservation before I was sure about my baggage and once I made it to my Angel, I actually had one less bag than I had booked; however, you are unable to modify a reservation to remove a bag or day so I was charged for an additional bag every day for a week that I didn't have.

Dropping off my luggage for the day was so quick and easy! I will definitely use this service again!
