Came across the site by accident, but it was the perfect solution for our luggage problem. So easy to find one of the angels in the right location! Cheap and convenient, dropping bags off took only 1 minute, and collection was just as easy. Such a relief to know they were safe. Will definitely use again!

Nothing to say! Very good and the staff very nice

Booking was easy via application. On the other it was misleading. It was named to be "luggage storage of the national museum of Romania" giving the indication that the actual storage would be inside the museum. In fact it was Cafe near the museum. Once we took our luggages at the actual site No one scanned my qr, or took any kind of information of whos luggages are they. "Safe place" was corner at the cafeteria (at the customer area, so free access to anyone to just take'em). Once we came pick up luggages same thing, no need for qr or anything. Our luggages were ok, so everything went kinda smoothly all and all, but it just left me wondering what the experience would've been in a case of lost luggage.
