Experience Depends on Booked Angel
Abbiamo prenotato per la prima volta al Vintage Inn @ Little India. Non siamo riusciti a contattare la receptionist. Abbiamo aspettato per più di 30 minuti ma non siamo riusciti a fare il check-in. Ci è voluto troppo tempo e non potevamo aspettare oltre, visto che l'orario di check-in era già passato da un pezzo. Abbiamo quindi prenotato un altro deposito bagagli a Bugis (Basheer Graphic Books). Nel deposito bagagli di Bugis, la nostra esperienza è stata davvero piacevole, sono stati molto cordiali e non hanno avuto problemi per tutto il tempo del check-in. Ci hanno persino fatto fare delle foto quando abbiamo lasciato i bagagli per assicurarsi che i nostri bagagli non fossero stati toccati o spostati.
We first booked in Vintage Inn @ Little India. We could not contact the receptionist. We waited for more than 30 mins but still could not check in. It took too long and we could not wait any further since it has been long past the check in time we scheduled. So we rebooked in another luggage storage in Bugis (Basheer Graphic Books) instead. In the Luggage Storage Bugis, our experience was really nice, they were really friendly, and no problems in the whole time we checked in. They even made us take photos when we left the luggage to make sure that our luggages were not touched/moved.

Strano, ma ha funzionato
Odd, but it worked
La nostra esperienza è stata piuttosto strana. Sia quando siamo arrivati per lasciare e ritirare i nostri bagagli nessuno era alla reception dell'hotel. La porta era chiusa con una nota su chi chiamare. Al rientro abbiamo chiamato il numero ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Fortunatamente, alcuni degli ospiti dell'hotel ci hanno fatto entrare e hanno chiamato il direttore per noi in modo che potessimo lasciare i nostri bagagli. Quando siamo tornati e abbiamo visto la nota ho provato a chiamare di nuovo. Questa volta qualcuno ha risposto e mi ha dato il codice per entrare e ritirare i nostri bagagli. È stata un'esperienza strana. La custodia della borsa in sé non è lo spazio più pulito possibile, ma non è neanche terribile.
Our experience was rather odd. Both when we arrived to drop off and collect our bags no one was at the hotel reception desk. The door was closed with a note of who to call. On drop off we called the number but no one ever answered. Fortunately, some of the hotel guests let us in and called the manager for us so we could leave our bags. When we returned and saw the note I tried calling again. This time, someone answered and gave me the keycode to enter and collect our bags. It was an odd experience. The bag storage itself isn't the cleanest space possible, but it's not terrible either.
