We first booked in Vintage Inn @ Little India. We could not contact the receptionist. We waited for more than 30 mins but still could not check in. It took too long and we could not wait any further since it has been long past the check in time we scheduled. So we rebooked in another luggage storage in Bugis (Basheer Graphic Books) instead. In the Luggage Storage Bugis, our experience was really nice, they were really friendly, and no problems in the whole time we checked in. They even made us take photos when we left the luggage to make sure that our luggages were not touched/moved.

Had to ring the doorbell a couple of times - more than 5 minutes before someone opened the door.

Our experience was rather odd. Both when we arrived to drop off and collect our bags no one was at the hotel reception desk. The door was closed with a note of who to call. On drop off we called the number but no one ever answered. Fortunately, some of the hotel guests let us in and called the manager for us so we could leave our bags. When we returned and saw the note I tried calling again. This time, someone answered and gave me the keycode to enter and collect our bags. It was an odd experience. The bag storage itself isn't the cleanest space possible, but it's not terrible either.
