Experience Depends on Booked Angel

Fizemos a primeira reserva no Vintage Inn @ Little India. Não conseguimos contactar a rececionista. Esperámos mais de 30 minutos mas ainda não conseguimos fazer o check-in. Demorou demasiado tempo e não podíamos esperar mais, pois já tinha passado muito tempo da hora de check-in que tínhamos marcado. Por isso, voltámos a reservar um outro depósito de bagagens em Bugis (Basheer Graphic Books). No Luggage Storage Bugis, a nossa experiência foi muito boa, foram muito simpáticos e não houve problemas durante todo o tempo em que fizemos o check-in. Até nos obrigaram a tirar fotografias quando deixámos a bagagem para se certificarem de que as nossas malas não tinham sido tocadas/movidas.

We first booked in Vintage Inn @ Little India. We could not contact the receptionist. We waited for more than 30 mins but still could not check in. It took too long and we could not wait any further since it has been long past the check in time we scheduled. So we rebooked in another luggage storage in Bugis (Basheer Graphic Books) instead. In the Luggage Storage Bugis, our experience was really nice, they were really friendly, and no problems in the whole time we checked in. They even made us take photos when we left the luggage to make sure that our luggages were not touched/moved.

Nossa experiência foi bastante estranha. Tanto quando chegamos para deixar e pegar nossas malas, ninguém estava na recepção do hotel. A porta foi fechada com uma nota de quem chamar. No desembarque, ligamos para o número, mas ninguém atendeu. Felizmente, alguns dos hóspedes do hotel nos deixaram entrar e chamaram o gerente para que pudéssemos deixar nossas malas. Quando voltamos e vimos o bilhete, tentei ligar novamente. Desta vez, alguém atendeu e me deu o código para entrar e pegar nossas malas. Foi uma experiência ímpar. O armazenamento da bolsa em si não é o espaço mais limpo possível, mas também não é terrível.

Our experience was rather odd. Both when we arrived to drop off and collect our bags no one was at the hotel reception desk. The door was closed with a note of who to call. On drop off we called the number but no one ever answered. Fortunately, some of the hotel guests let us in and called the manager for us so we could leave our bags. When we returned and saw the note I tried calling again. This time, someone answered and gave me the keycode to enter and collect our bags. It was an odd experience. The bag storage itself isn't the cleanest space possible, but it's not terrible either.
